Absolutely. We regularly work with clients across Australia via virtual consultations.
Do you work within set budgets?

How long does the process take?
Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on design complexity.
What are the shipping methods?
We offer free express registered mail delivery worldwide.
Who creates the jewellery?
The entire process is controlled in-house; we work with experienced jewellery designers, sketch artists and jewellers to ensure a high-quality result through every aspect of the process.
Can I supply my own diamond?
Absolutely, if you have a diamond or gemstone of your own please let us know. We can apply the diamond to any style setting or ring design that you like.
Can I make changes to my design?
Yes, you will have a number of opportunities to tweak your design. After your consultation you will be provided with a design sketch, you will have the opportunity to review the designs and request for changes. We will then share a 3d design with you as well as a realistic video rendering of your design, this will be your final opportunity to make changes to the design before we move on to the production process.
Can I view the different diamond options prior to purchasing?
During your consultation, your jewellery designer will educate you on all aspects of diamond selection and take you through the various shapes and sizes and associated costs.
How do I choose my design?
We have experienced jewellery designers who are trained to work with you and create a design tht is perfect for your taste, needs and budget.
Are your diamonds certified?
All of our diamonds come with an IGI certification.
