At Savoir-Faire Jewellery we have a range of over 100,000 diamonds available in various size, shapes, colour and clarity to cater to all styles and budgets. We also have lab grown sapphires available in a variety of colours as well as lab rubies and emeralds.

This is unlikely, as we offer ring sizing included in our cost for every item. In the rare case that this does occur, we will offer a free resizing.

We provide a free ring-sizing tool with every order, which will be mailed directly to your home.

Every ring we make is custom and made to order, according to the design specifications and ring size of the client. Therefore we do not allow returns unless the item is damaged or faulty in which case we will repair the item.

The production time can vary depending on the complexity of the design and desired inclusions. As a general rule, please allow 2-3 weeks from production beginning for your ring to be finished, and then up to 5 business days for it to arrive with you in the post.

We accept a number of payment methods, including PayID bank transfer, credit card and PayPal. We collect $50 deposit during the design phase of each project, this is to cover the cost of the design sketch, 3d model and HD render designs. If you decide to move forward with the design, the $50 is included in the project’s total cost. 50% of the total cost is paid commence production of the ring, once the ring is finished the final 50% is paid and the ring is delivered via express post.
