How much does a custom engagement ring cost?
Our custom rings start from $2,000 with no upper limit — it depends on the stone, metal, and complexity. During your free consultation, we'll work within your budget and show you exactly where your money goes. No hidden costs.
How long does the process take?
Most rings are completed within 4–6 weeks from design approval. Tell us your proposal date and we'll plan the timeline around your moment.
Do I need to know what I want before booking?
Not at all. Most of our clients start with nothing more than "I want something special." Our designers guide you through every decision — that's exactly what the consultation is for.
What's the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, optically, and physically identical to mined diamonds. They're typically 60–80% less expensive for the same quality, and every stone we source is IGI or GIA certified.
Can I see my ring before it's made?
Absolutely. You'll receive photorealistic 3D renders showing every angle and proportion. You approve the final render before we begin crafting — and can request unlimited changes at no extra cost.
What if I'm not in Melbourne?
We work with clients across Australia and internationally via video consultation. The entire process — design to delivery — can be done remotely, with free express registered mail worldwide.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We've partnered with Elevant and Payright for interest-free and flexible plans from $2,001 up to $50,000. Approval is quick, online, and won't affect your credit score.
What's included in the warranty?
Every ring comes with a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects, complimentary cleaning and polishing, and ongoing aftercare. Built to last a lifetime — and we stand behind it.
